With all of the planetary shifts and elevated vibes around the world, some of my friends and I are feeling a rumbling and bubbling to TAKE ACTION!
But if the path in front of you doesn’t look clear, or you don’t fully have a grasp on your destination, then what do you do?
Sometimes we are lucky enough to have a mentor that can help us figure out our path. But of course, it doesn’t always work out that way, and we can’t just sit around waiting for help to come.
So what’s the answer?
Sometimes you have to be your own hero and clear your own path. One of the best ways I know to do this is by working a daily meditation practice into your schedule. And yes, I said “work it in” deliberately.
Nobody “has” the time – but this is one of these things we need to MAKE time for. Even when we have a long list of responsibilities to others… no, scratch that… ESPECIALLY when we have a long list of responsibility to others, we NEED to make sure we do what we need to do for ourselves.
Meditation (scroll to the bottom for one of mine), prayer, or simply some alone time in nature is when we can get the head space to think clearly… before long, your path ahead will become clearer again. We just need to room to reflect, uninterrupted!
I know this topic spoke to a lot of people when I went live on Facebook with it. If you could also use a reminder about the importance of doing what you need to do so you can follow your unique path in life, then watch the video for more!
In the video I mention a free Diamond Life Design workshop in London this October. This is going to be a great opportunity to get live, in-person help from Deri Llewellyn-Davies (A.K.A. The Strategy Man), and myself on creating your best life – one aligned with your values and purpose.
A little help with starting that meditation practice!
If you struggle with getting your meditation practice started, then using a guided meditation recording can help you find your flow. Use it for as long as you need to, until you want to meditate without guidance.
Head here for my Safe Place Meditation – it’s a nice one to get started with.
